All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you and either cancel the item or suggest a suitable alternative.

We ship to most regions worldwide, excluding Asia and some remote areas. We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with a product, you may return it within 15 calendar days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The item must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-returnable items:

• Electric boats and kits due to their complex assembly and potential customization
• All Pro Boat spare parts (including specific model spares)
• Bolts, bearings, and other small hardware classified under Accessories, Bolts, and Bearings
• Any item not in its original condition, damaged due to misuse, or missing parts not due to our error

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
