Shipping Information

We offer global shipping (excluding Asia and some remote areas) with two reliable options:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 days after dispatch. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 days after dispatch.

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 calendar days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same original condition as received.
  • In its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase or order number.
Note: Non-Returnable Items

For safety and product integrity, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Electric Boats & Kits: Due to their complex assembly and potential customization.
  • Pro Boat Spare Parts: Including all specific model spares (e.g., Pro Boat Aerotrooper 25 Spares, Pro Boat Alpha Patrol Spares, etc.), as these are often ordered for specific repairs and cannot be resold once opened.
  • Bolts, Bearings, and Other Small Hardware: Classified under “Accessories,” “Bolts,” and “Bearings,” as these are small, inexpensive components that are difficult to restock hygienically.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged due to misuse, or missing parts not due to our error.

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, product details, and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Wait for Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely using the original packaging. Ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible until it reaches our warehouse.
  4. Inspection and Processing: Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed, or the exchange item will be shipped.

Refund Timelines and Methods

Upon approval of your return:

  • Timeline: Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve the returned item.
  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Depending on your bank or card company, it may take additional time for the refund to post to your account.
  • Shipping Costs: The original standard shipping cost is non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item.

Exchanges

We gladly exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. The process follows the same steps as a return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will ship the exchange item via standard shipping.
