1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same original condition as when you received it.
  • In its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase or order number.

You have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Please Note: For the safety and integrity of our specialized products, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Electric Boats & Kits: Due to their complex assembly nature and potential for use-specific customization.
  • Pro Boat Spare Parts: Including all specific model spares (e.g., Pro Boat Aerotrooper 25 Spares, Pro Boat Alpha Patrol Spares, etc.), as these are often ordered for specific repair needs and cannot be resold once opened.
  • Bolts, Bearings, and Other small hardware items classified under “Accessories,” “Bolts,” and “Bearings,” as these are small, inexpensive components that are difficult to restock hygienically.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged due to customer misuse, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

2. The Return & Exchange Process

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our customer service team at [email protected]. Please include your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange and the reason for the return.
  2. Wait for Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully package the item(s) using the original packaging. Ship the item to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.
  4. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed, or your exchange item will be shipped out.

3. Refund Timelines and Methods

Upon approval of your return:

  • Timeline: Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve the returned item.
  • Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to be posted to your account.
  • Shipping Costs: The original cost of standard shipping is non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item to you.

4. Exchanges

We will gladly exchange an item for a different size or color, subject to availability. The process follows the same steps as a return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will ship the requested exchange item to you via our standard shipping method.
